2. Scope of Services
2.1 Real Estate Transfer Management Services
We assist with the preparation, filing, and coordination necessary to transfer property titles and related documents. These services are personalized and involve coordination with third-party authorities and record-keeping bodies.
2.2 Information Products
TransferHub offers digital guides, templates, and resource manuals related to property transfer processes. These items are delivered electronically and can be downloaded immediately after purchase.
2.3 Physical Goods
We provide printed materials, sample forms, and stationery kits. Physical goods are shipped via standard carriers to the address provided at checkout.
3. Fees and Payment
All fees for services, digital products, and physical goods are listed on our site. Payment is required at the time of order or according to the schedule stated. We accept major methods, including credit and debit.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Real Estate Transfer Management Services
Due to the custom nature of these services and engagement with external authorities, all service fees are final once processing has started. No refunds will be issued after commencement. However, you may request to transfer your service to a different date or assign it to another individual, subject to approval and a possible administrative fee.
4.2 Digital Information Products
You may request a refund for digital guides or templates within 7 calendar days of purchase if no download has occurred. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment route within 10 days of approval.
4.3 Physical Goods
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, use our contact form. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days of receipt of the returned items.
5. Service Transfers and Rescheduling
If you cannot proceed with a scheduled service appointment, notify us at least 48 hours in advance to request a new date. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Services may also be assigned to another party with our consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on realtytransferhub.com, including text, graphics, and materials, is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute such content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TransferHub is not liable for indirect or incidental issues arising from use of our services or products.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
